The only thing I don't like is that a key is required to install. Some hitch pins allow you to push the locking end on without the key. They are keyed alike so that is convenient.
Worked well for my adjustable ball hitch. I can secure the ball and the hitch.

Still working well, little more rust than I anticipated but that may be from the hitch. Either way still functions fine.

They sent me a email asking about my experience and if my product was working well. I actually ordered the wrong model and I called to see about exchanging it and they answered on the first call. They were kind and courteous and immediately shipped out the new one that I needed with a return label for the one I did not need.

Kurt, nice to hear from you! It looks like you talked to Lauren down in customer service. I will let Lauren know you reached out. How is the ball mount doing?
One for the reciever. One for the adjustable hitch. Safe, secure and convenient.
Nice securement option. Rubber covers on the lock end are a nice touch
Works great, and the etrailer folks were very helpful as always.
Thanks again!
Very easy to use and glad I added these to my order.
Seems well built, fit my application pe rfectly.
After a year of moderate usage and zero maintenance care from me, these work like a charm

So far, so good. I did need to apply WD-40 to the locking end but that can be expected with constant exposure. I install it in early Winter and don’t remove it until the snow is gone. I use it to hold a plow to my front hitch.
