Today we're gonna take a quick look at the Lippert Replacement End Fitting for Hydraulic Hose. This is gonna be an important component to fit on your RV leveling system. It replaces the end of the fitting on your hydraulic hose for that leveling system. It has an o-ring faced seal or ORFS.Our hose fitting is gonna have a crimp-on hose coupling. It's gonna be standard on motorized and LCI motorized hydraulic leveling systems. We'll have just one hose end fitting.
This is going to have an inside diameter of a quarter inch. It's just gonna be a straight fitting hose. The port is a quarter inch female SAE ORFS fitting. As far as overall length, it's about two inches long by 3/4" wide.And that's gonna do it for our look at the Lippert Replacement End Fitting for Hydraulic Hose.

- What Size O-Ring is Needed for Lippert Replacement End Fitting for Hydraulic HoseThe Lippert Replacement End Fitting for Hydraulic Hose on RV Leveling Systems - ORFS # LC249363 uses an ORFS or O-ring face seal fitting. The 1/4" female port does not use an O-ring so there is no size available. The O-ring will depend on the male side, which sits in the groove in the face of the fitting. This will compress against the flat face on the # LC249363 to create the seal.

view full answer... - Are Replacement Hydraulic Hoses Available For Lippert Leveling Systems We do not currently offer the specific hydraulic hoses that Lippert's leveling systems come with but we do offer the JIC # LC138416 and ORFS # LC249363 fittings so that you can just get whatever length hydraulic hose you need and then crimp on the appropriate fitting. If you can't find any hose in the right dimensions or high enough rated at your local hardware or auto parts store then I recommend reaching out to Lippert directly.
