Question:
Hello I have a hitch from you guys and I unfortunately lost my keys. Do you sell extras or do I have to buy new assemblies? They’re locked shut.

I spoke to a representative at Fastway and I emailed them your pictures. Unfortunately, you only have a couple of options with your current Fastway hitch. You can cut off your locks by using a drill bit and drill through the lock key section. Please keep in mind this may take some time. Once you drill out your lock, you can use the Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set for 2" Flash Solid Steel Adjustable Ball Mounts, part # FA86-00-4200, and replace your locks.
If you do not want to drill out your lock, you can send the hitch back to Fastway and they can go through their key options to find the key you need. Going this route you will pay for the new keys and the shipping.
I have included a product description link and a video demo link below.
