Is the 60×20inch folding hitch carrier ok for my ford flex. In comparison to the 60×24 will it make big difference.

As long as you have a Class III 2 inch hitch on your 2014 Ford Flex with dual exhaust like the part # e52AR a folding hitch mounted cargo carrier like the etrailer Cargo Carrier part # e98874 that you referenced would fit and fold up just fine.
I attached review videos for the hitch and the cargo carrier you referenced.
The Curt carrier part # C18151 would also fit and fold up, this carrier would just have about 4 inches less of depth.
