This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and it will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and it has a 4,000 pound towing capacity, although you will also want to check your owner's manual for the towing capacity on your Ford Flex.
