Hello Ron. We do offer no-drill trailer hitch for the 2019 Ford flex with the dual exhaust. For that I recommend the etrailer Class 3 Round Tube Hitch # e52AR. This will bolt directly to existing holes in the frame. I have linked our install video for you below.
