Ether Injection System

This ether fuel injection system offers a hassle-free way to get fast, reliable startups in cold weather. Once activated, a measured shot of ether is vaporized and sent into your intake manifold. This vapor serves as a catalyst for combustion, helping to ensure that your engine starts on the first try, even in cold temperatures. The system is entirely manual and requires no electrical power, making it ideal for tractors, logging equipment, and other vehicles and machinery that can't be parked close to an outlet. Once the system is installed, there's nothing else that you need to do to maintain the system other than change out the fuel canister, which will need to be done after approximately 200 startups. This system is designed to work with an 18-oz canister of ether fast flash fuel (not included).

Pull-Cable Operation

Just trigger this Ether Start fuel injection system by pulling the knob that installs in the cab of your vehicle as you crank the engine. The cable that the knob is attached to will tug on the lever of the actuating assembly. This releases the ether into a metering chamber that will discharge 5 - 6 cc of liquid ether out through the nozzle. The nozzle's built-in filter vaporizes the ether, which is then injected into the intake manifold as a vapor instead of a stream. For the most effective and smoothest start, install this system so that the nozzle orifice is perpendicular to the manifold length.

Video Transcript for Review of Kats Heaters Vehicle Heaters - Fluid Injection Starter - KH33180

Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Kat's Heaters Ether Start Fluid Injection System made for 3.3 liter all the way up to 8.2 liter engines. Now, folks, this is made to be used with an 18 ounce fuel cylinder of ether. That's not included, so you would have to purchase that separately. Basically, this whole kit's gonna give you a pull cable fluid injection system to give you a quick shot of ether for reliable startups in cold weather by specifically injecting that ether into either the intake manifold. Now, again, it is a manual pull cable application, so you'd have this routed up up to maybe under your dash somewhere to where you could pull this to make a shot of ether go into the manifold.

No electricity, no battery made. You don't have to worry about having another person spray fluid as you turn the key. You're not gonna have to worry about over-injection. The actuating valve meter here is gonna put out only five to six CCs of ether for each pull of the nozzle here or the cable, and that's gonna prevent engine overload. Now, this spray nozzle has a built-in filter vaporizing the ether to make sure that it's gonna give you a nice, clean burn and prevent manifold flashback.

So, pretty much once you get this installed, it's maintenance-free. All you'll have to do is untwist the old can of ether and put a new can in, and then this safety cap here, basically you can mount it right next to it somewhere, that way if you had to put a new can in or something and you wanna keep dirt and debris out while you're getting a new can or something, you got that option. You get the fuel line, everything included here. This cable is a seven-foot-long cable. All the brackets to hold the cans of ether, all the hardware here for installing it.

Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look at our Kat's Heaters Ether Start Fluid Injection System. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
