It was easier to install then I thought it would be. I have already put my bike hitch on the receiver and it worked great.
Etrailer is awesome to work with, I ordered the hitch I needed for my vehicle it shipped quick came with all the bolts needed and fit perfectly.
You need to do a better job packaging. Every hitch I ordered from you needs paint touch up.

Ordered this hitch and received it the next day. When installing, it slid right up in place and bolted right up. No modifications needed to install like many of the hitches I looked at. It looks like a good quality hitch that is well made. Thanks.
I ordered this in anticipation of my week at the beach with family. I liked this one for the extra bit of bumper clearance and additional mounting bolts. I was stoked to see the hitch receiver available for a mid week delivery. When I got the notice it shipped, I got a later date and was bummed. I called Amy at etrailer and she confirmed this was accurate. I was pleased to find the delivery came earlier than expected and was able to install and use this with my newly purchased Kuat Piston Pro X and Curt custom wire harness! It is awesome so far. etrailer has never let me down yet!
I’m a retired foreman from a natural gas company.I’ve spent years around steel pipe ,welding etc. this hitch is made with good quality steel.the welds are very professional. Installed with a friend @15 minutes. Just laying on the garage floor..great hitch ,very easy to install .2021 Nissan rogue

The hitch came wrapped in plastic and tape. It had several places where the paint was chipped off and all of the bolts, washers were missing.
I called immediately and they are having ship me the hardware, and I will have to touch up the black paint.
Fit the car 2021 Rouge platinum., that's the main thing, all holes lined up and bolts fit, two big issues, the hitch blocks the rear hatch opening sensor, should have been built with a y style yoke coming together in the center. Also the stinger recepticle does not bend up and follow the lines of the bottom bumper trim. So it sticks out like a sore thumb. I bought a hidden hitch for my maxima that does that and gives better clearance and looks better.
I purchased the hitch and bike rack from you guys for my wife's 2021 Nisssan Rogue. The instructions were easy to follow. Also, seeing the videos online helped a whole bunch. The end result was amazing... Will continue doing business with etrailer
The quality of the product is very good, but packaging is very poor. All the paint was ground off the corners of the hitch. I will have to touch up the paint, to help delay rust from the winter roads. Luckily the wiring kit stayed in the box and didn't fall out of one of the gaping holes in the box. The UPS driver as said all their boxes look torn up.
I bought this for my 2022 Nissan Rogue. It shipped righ away but the packaging was pretty beat up when it arrived. I did get it installed with a little effort. It works like expected. My only issue is with the design. It's sets very low below the bumper and often scrapes the ground. I think they could have raised it by at least a 1/2 inch.

I enjoyed the product that I purchased. It still works very well a year later.
Hitch is impressive, heavy duty. Installation, once we put it on a car jack and lifted it in to place things went pretty good. Like the 6 bolt install instead of 4.
Item is great but shipping good be bett er.
Arrived in good condition and fit well. Installed with out any problems.
Package arrived box was destroyed. I had to sand, prime and repaint parts of the hitch. I've order a few of your hitch's but never had one delivered like this.
Works as expected. Easy to install.
I chose the draw tite max frame receiver because it uses 6 bolts instead of 4 bolts to attach to the frame of my 2021 Nissan Rogue. The install was done by myself and it fit perfect, would recommend this hitch receiver to anyone wanting a quality product.

Clean and custom fit with no cutting or major tools required. Had install complete within 20 minutes of UPS driver drop off. No lift or Jack even needed, only a 3/4” wrench or socket is all that is needed here!

Exactly as advertised. No drilling required and very simple to install. It still looks good one year later. I only use it for holding a bike rack.
