The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # DT23MR is confirmed to fit all 2021 Nissan Rogue models, including your SV. Unless you specifically want a 1-1/4" hitch, I recommend the # DT85MR Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III 2" hitch instead. The 2" receiver is the most common size, and you will gain an additional 225 lbs of tongue weight capacity.
I also recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C44ER if you plan on doing some towing. This wiring harness is custom fit for your Nissan Rogue.
