Im looking for a hitch, for my Nissan Rogue 2021, that will maintain the usage of power lift gate sensor.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT85MR is a great option for a 2021 Nissan Rouge and what I recommend using. It should still allow for the hands free liftgate to be operational but you will need to now place your foot on either side of the receiver tube.
