Good product. Easy installation. The black paint job was a little sloppy though.
This trailer hitch is great. Took about 15 minutes to install. Most difficult part was getting the spare tire out. It fits really nice close up to the bumper and does not stick out to far.
Instructions were clear. 30 minute installation estimate was correct. Nothing had to be customized. Very easy installation.
The hitch arrived and was in great shape. As advertised it only took me 28 minutes start to finish to install. That is a major plus on this hitch. It fit perfectly and what slowed me down was getting the spare out of the way. That part took 10 minutes of the time. It also looks good on the Durango. Thanks on a great product and a great price.
Supper easy to install. I recommend buying a 21mm ratcheting wrench to make the job a bit faster. Also have a hammer near by to get some torque to losen the bolts with the wrench as they are really tight when they come from the auto manufacturer. A novice can do this job no problem.
I purchased a trailer hitch for my 2022 Dodge Durango. The shipping was fast! After dropping the spare tire out of the way and removing 4 factory bolts from the frame, the hitch bolted in with no problems. Great product!
Hitch receiver was very straight forward and easy to install. As easy as lowering the spare tire, removing 4 bolts and re-installing the 4 bolts with the hitch in place. The only issue that I had was installing this on my own as the hitch has a little weight on it and holding it in place while aligning the holes and screwing in the bolts was a challenge. I suggest if you have a buddy available to use their extra hands. I put this hitch to immediate use and was not disappointed! The hitch receiver is a little low so I suggest a ball mount with a 4 inch drop and mount the ball so that the mount raises it up for easier use of your trailer. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and suggest to everyone in the market for one!
The trailer hitch was a complete breeze to install! I needed a hitch to install for my dodge durango so that i can use a thule trailway 4 bike rack. Box came chewed up and torn but the hitch itself was packaged very carefully and was not damaged upon delivery. The install videos and specs were very detailed on etrailer.com website and helped me out alot..the hitch itself has sone weight so 2 people are needed to complete the install..i have already ordered more items on this website so kudos to etrailer.com!
fast shipping easy install. swapped out less rated hitch for new beefier model love the mount bracket on new hitch old one didnt have that, had to mount plug where i could,and it deformed plastic bumper cover should have went with this model to begin with.pics show old vs new.I mounted plug on top to try and take up gap where old plug was

Very well made! This is my 3rd hitch I have purchased from etrailer. Great service, prices and fast delivery!! This took all of 15 min to install on my 17 Durango GT. What prob took the longest was lowering/raising the spare. Not installing wire kit this time as I only need for bike rack. Very clean looking.

Hitch receiver mounted well and should work just fine. My disappointment was how it was shipped (blown through box)and as stupid as it is the rating sticker was all wrinkled.

I'm not much of a mechanic when it comes to working on vehicles, but I managed to install the hitch in a little over an hour by myself without jacking it up. Has worked great for hauling my jet ski around for the past year. Thanks for a great product
Another great product from etrailer. Both the hitch and harness installed per instructions and the video for the 2019 Dodge Durango RT.
Was easy to install and video helped with running the wire to the power distribution box up front.
Product seems well made and was easy to install.
The downside was it was left out in the open for folks to see it. The box was a little damaged and metal had broken through. I’m hoping nothing is bent or damaged.
Very strong simply to install. Used bolts & mounting holes that came with my 2016 Durango RT. Insturctions were easy to fallow. Looks great.
