Product is very well built. Shipping was extremely fast and item arrived in perfect condition.
This is a well built class III hitch. Installing was easy with the easy to follow directions that Curt always includes.
A little tricky getting it threaded through the frame but a great after market product.
Super easy to install. Took only 45 minute and did it by myself with a floor jack. Wish install photos where clearer but not a hindrance overall.
Product was great but the finish was scratched off in multiple places from packaging and shipping I would guess. Other than that the install went smooth.

Hitch is working great one year in. It was an easy install and is easy to use with our bike rack.
Imperfections in coating. It would appear as if the powder coating was damage so it was painted over.
Everything is good quality hitch went in like should. However on the wiring harness I had to shave the outer tab on all male ends to be able to plug in to female plugs. Also don’t like having the plug inside trunk, then pull it out when needed. Need somewhere to run it out of car and attach permanently near hitch.
Second hitch I ordered in a week that came in messed up. This one is a whole lot worse with deeper scratches and possibly bent. HORRIBLE PACKING! 2/2 on damaged hitches
