For your 2022 Volkswagen Atlas I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C24ER. This Class III hitch has a 2" receiver and a concealed cross tube to help maintain a factory look. It has a maximum gross tongue weight of 900 lbs which will be more than enough to handle a bike rack.
For a bike rack, check out the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR. This has a carrying capacity of 4 bikes and weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike. The tilting mast allows for easy acces of the rear cargo area and the arms fold down for storage when not in use. It uses HoldFast cradles to keep your bikes secure and prevent sway and bike-to-bike contact. If you would like to lock your carrier to your hitch, you can also add the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
