We have just what you're looking for with the Hopkins Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975, which will plug into the factory connector on the rear of your truck and comes with the towing relays that you need. For a hitch I recommend using the Curt # C13304 because the Curt hitches have a bit thicker powder coat that will resist nicks and scratches a bit better, which ultimately limits chances for your hitch rusting.
If you also need a ball mount and hitch ball I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 different ball mounts and hitch balls that will allow you to cover a variety of different trailer setups you might encounter. It also comes with a hitch pin, clip and handy carrying bag to keep everything stored when it's not in use.
I've linked the installation videos we've got on these parts for you to refer back to if you're going to be putting these on yourself. If you don't already have a brake controller, let me know and I can recommend one that will work well with your vehicle.
