Question:
I tried installing your hitch #13323 on a 2009 Toyota Tacoma but all the holes do not line up. I removed the bumper completely and tried installating that way with no better results. Any suggestions ?

I have never heard of this issue on the Curt # 13323. It is a confirmed fit for 2005- 2015 models. The only frame changes are from 2014-2015 on X-Runner models. Installation does require removing the bumper and loosening 3 bolts and removing 2 others on each side of the bumper bracket. I've attached the installation details as well as attached a video for you.
