I recommend going with a frame mount hitch. The most versatile frame mount hitch we offer is Curt Hitch, # 13703. It can be bolted or welded on and fits C-channel, I-beam, and Box frames. Any welding should be done by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
For a bike rack you will need to go with one that is rated for use behind an RV.
Check out the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier # S64663. This rack has been confirmed to work on an RV and should work well for you.
I attached a link to a page that has all of the bike racks we offer that are confirmed to work on RV hitches.
