The product itself is a good product, but the packaging it was delivered in did not withstand the weight of the product and was broken on arrival. Im hoping that parts are not missing
This hitch does not come with the correct hardware to fit a 2019 Silverado 1500 LD and the instructions are incorrect. I figured this out after referencing the instructions for an underbed hitch. Very frustrating install. Had to purchase $[XX] worth of additional hardware to get it completed. Called for help and gentleman that answered the phone had no idea how to help me. I think the hitch is a good hitch though now that it is finally in.

Works great. Glad we bought it. Was a little tough to install for somebody that has never done one but after doing it I can now do them again. Will be buying another one at a later time for my other truck I am currently working on.
