Will this install kit fit a Atwood folding ball gooseneck hitch? Hitch measures 12 x 14 rated at 25k

Since gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch brackets need to match with the hitches themselves, even if your Atwood folding gooseneck hitch fit the Curt rails I couldn't recommend doing so because they have never been tested together.

For a similar option that is safe to work together on your 2001 Chevy Silverado I recommend the Curt Overbed, Folding Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # C61341-52 which is rated for up to 30,000 lbs and has the same folding hitch ball feature that your Atwood gooseneck hitch has.

Please note even though this is rated for 30,000 lbs, if your truck is rated for less weight (it probably is) then you'll be limited by that.
