  There is not a listed weight capacity for the CargoSmart Folding Track Brackets part # 3481744 because much of this comes from how you attach the tracks that these brackets fit in. That said, I don't think you will have any issues using this as a fold out bed for say a 250 lb person so long as the tracks are attached securely. If you need to further secure the tracks to bear more weight you can use backing plates, part # e96RR.

  Erickson does offer a zinc-plated steel backing plate for use with their E-Track products like their ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit # EM09160. Use part # e96RR. You can see this item's hole dimensions and spacing in the linked photo. Since your trailer deck is aluminum and this plate is steel you will want to isolate them to prevent galvanic corrosion between the two different metals.   The E-Track like part # E19148 that you referenced has a capacity of 2,000 lbs so it would do well securing a 2,500 lb trailer at 4 points as each track would have 1/2 the weight. I would recommend you use backing plates below the floor of your trailer like part # e96RR since your tractor is pretty heavy and the floor of your trailer is wood. For D-Rings to install in the track you would want the part # E59143 so that you could use a ratchet strap like the # EM01314.

  So long as the wooden planks are securely attached to the steel cross beams I see no reason as to why the Erickson Horizontal E-Track part # EM59150 with the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net part # 77314 would not work for you. However, if you are concerned with strength then you can always add a backing plate to the back of the planks with the E-Track Backing Plate part # e96RR.   There isn't a set rule, but I'd recommend bolting the e-track into place. The distance between fasteners will depend on the nature and structure of the floor of your trailer. If the metal floor has a sturdy wood backing, I'd attach the e track about every 6 inches or so, making sure that some of the fasteners are going into the frame members of the trailer if possible. • Backing Plates For The Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit
  Erickson has the spacing for the mounting holes of the # EM09160 before and after the chock at approximately 4-3/8" center to center. Since they unfortunately do not offer a custom backing plate the # e96RR you purchased is going to be the closest option. The elongated front and rear holes are 4-1/2" apart center to center so you could possibly get it to line up straight and fit but you'll likely need to notch either the front or back hole about 1/8" to get the bolts to drop through.
