Depending on where you plan to mount these rings you should consider using a backing plate to strengthen the mounting area.
The CargoSmart X-Track Cargo Organizer Pro Bundle # 3481788-P is a great option as well as it give you lots of mounting options with a single track. These would need multiple E-Track Backing Plates # e89RR to secure to your floor.
