Jake: Hey guys. It's Jake here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at it and I'm going to show you how to install these Kinedyne e-track end caps. What this is going to help you do, it's going to help you close up the end of your e-track so it makes it easier to drive over, walk over, and it's going to give your e-track a lot more finished look. Here's a prime example of that end of that e-track that doesn't have that end cap on it, so you're going to be able to see how easy it would be to trip over this one walking in and out of your trailer. This is also going to be a fairly large gap to drive over and you don't want to risk smashing down the end of your e-track.
Here's a little side by side comparison where you guys, just to show you how clean this end cap makes us e-track look.Now it is going to have a durable plastic construction, so it's going to be able to hold up to whatever you drive over it. So you get your plastic end cap in place. You want to make sure you get it lined up right. And now depending on what type of flooring you have in your trailer, it's going to depend on what kind of screws you're going to need. We have a wood floor, so we're just going to use some wood screws.
Is that all secured You're good to go.And that's going to do it for our look at the Kinedyne end cap for e-tracks.

I really like the E-Track Plastic end cap. They were exactly what I need to finish off the ends of the E-Track. The end caps will keep from having a trip hazard and keep anyone from getting cut from the sharp edges, as I had to cut the E-Tack to size for my trailer.

The product is very well built, thick material on the E track system ensures me that it will last a very long time. The E track tie down rings are easy to use and welded up with precision and care. It is a great addition to my new Trailer and look forward to using them for years to come! Thank you for making such a great product at an affordable price.

I installed E-Track the whole length and down both sides inside my 28' enclosed trailer so that I can tie down anything!!

How did you attach the track to the sides of the trailer? Did you use the backing plates? I am getting ready to order the pieces I need for my small trailer. Going to put it on the floor and sides. Any help so I know I am ordering the things i need first shot would be great. Thanks,Bubba

These E-tracks installed relatively easily on my new trailer using the available backing plates. Total install of 18' of track took less than 4 hours - a one man job except for the final tightening of the bolts included in the backing plate kit.

These end caps are more of a cosmetic nicety but will prevent an accidental toe stubbing. They are inexpensive but do tend to break if over tightened.

The only reason for a poor review is that I thought they were designed to encapsulate the ends of etracks
to keep from receiving a bad cut from the raised sharp edges.
It is well made and would work great for its purpose to be floor mounted against the end of a etrack.
The picture was hard to interpret so now I have several that are worthless.

These are designed to work with Kinedeyne horizontal e-track, we havent tested how theyll work with other brands of e-track.

Modified this cargo trailer to haul RC airplanes(too big to fit in my pickup) and remove the upper deck to make it useful for hauling other items. This makes a truly utility cargo trailer. Numerous tie downs with Etrack is really great. I have other pics if your interested. I just purchased an enclosed car hauler and I plan on installing Etrack in it. Thanks for making great products !

The e-track tie downs were seriously one of the best purchases I’ve made. I have a 72 corvette that I haul to shows and other places. It’s a nightmare to try to tie it down with just straps. The e-track system made it easy. I also use it to tie down my commercial mower. I highly recommend this product

Decked out my new cargo trailer with this e-track. Looks sweet! Heavy gauge construction. Easy installation. Along with the Erickson E-Track straps now I'm ready to haul just about anything safely and securely. Thanks etrailer!

I ordered a variety of e-track components from etrailer to install in my 20ft enclosed Haulmark trailer. With only four factory installed recessed D-rings the trailer offered very few tie down options. Etrailer extensive product catalog provided one-stop shopping and their videos were very helpful when researching configuration and installation options. All products arrived on schedule and I am very impressed with the quality.

I installed e track on the floor of my trailer and put this end cap on back of the trailer. It makes a clean look and you don't catch stuff on the e track. The parts I ordered came fast and right. This is my second time using them and will definitely order again. Thank you.

I still have to get 2 more of these, and I wish they had them for the vertical track. They smooth out the raised ends of the track very well.

The website and service are second to none. Just a comment: I recently bought a cargo trailer and I ordered some parts from you yesterday. I was amazed when I received them today. Works good to cover up the sharp edges on the e-track, just be aware that the holes for this are smaller than the holes for the 1/4" bolts on the e track.

Received E Trac products today. Wow fast shipping. I have inspected the products and everything is of high quality and is what I ordered. Not ready to install yet because I’m waiting on treated lumber to dry out a little to paint it before mounted the E Trac.

The E-Track Plastic end caps are doing great no issues with them at all. They have held up very well, still look new, after many hauls.I highly recommend them.
