Best Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Hitch Adapters

It does what its supposed to do. I have a 2024 F350 and the sleeve sticks out an inch or so past the end of the receiver because of how the holes line up. I don't think that affects the functionality but would be great if it was flush.

This hitch worked well on my Kona electric. Etrailer provides outstanding service. Will definitely purchase from this quality company again.

We were looking for a solution to haul our utv when pulling our camper. This extender allowed us to leave the tailgate down and still have enough clearance to not damage the tailgate. Downside--this extender amplifies the amount of movement with the hitch. This is more than a simple hitch clamp could fix. I added several modifications to completely eliminate the hitch movement. We have taken several trips since the installation and no issues with pulling the trailer. We did have to extend the safety chains about 4 links. Overall a good product and it accomplished the goal. As always,etrailer personnel are knowledgeable, easy to deal with and have quick shipments.

Works as it should and I didn't have to turn my power jack on my camper 90 degrees to miss the tailgate when it is lowered!!

Who do I contact about getting the right extension bar? The one I ordered Is a 2 1/2 inch which I need a 2 inch to slide into my receiver or if you guys have a 10 to 12 inch, 2 inch extension so I can connect it I sent a photo of the end that is 2 1/2 which I need it to be 2 inches to slide into my receiver

I recently swapped out the stock 2" receiver for a 2-1/2" to allow me to purchase and use this extension to get past the end of my Lance 1010 Camper. I believe I will have no issues now towing any trailer (within allowable spec's) or carrying my motorcycle carrier. Great quality piece. can't wait to try it out...

This ain't pretty. But size does matter. The 58102 2" X 2 1/2" receiver adapter hits the spot. It fits nicely into the 2 1/2" receiver with, at most, 1/8" space "slap" room. It's almost full length front to back inside receiver providing plenty of support for my 2" weight distribution system without slap. I have not hooked up my Forest River 29'4", 10,7 75 lb. GVWR Puma tow behind R/V but I do not have any fear of this well constructed, perfect fitting receiver adapter. The people at etrailer are there, willing and able to assist you. I have personally found that, if the C.S. Rep doesn't know the answer, she/he will find the answer and report back to you, in my case within minutes. My purchase was delivered (snail mail) within 5 days and In excellent condition. I will report back shortly after a trial run hooked up.

This fits a Curt 2 1/2 receiver perfectly. Allows me to use receiver with my various drawbars for different trailers when I am not using the Forklift hitch box extension.

Just received the 41/48 inch hitch extension today so haven’t actually used it. However, one can tell the high quality by looking at the welds and thick paint coating. This item is extremely heavy. I expected some weight to it, but it surprised me. Also, the tubing has very tight tolerances. I have two ball mounts, neither of which slid into the extension on their own. I had to pound them in and tap them out with a 3 pound hammer. Once paint and labels were scraped away by this action the ball mounts were able to be slid in by hand. This extension will be used on my dually carrying my truck camper. I’ll be towing an aluminum trailer with a Can Am Spyder. Total weight towed will be less than 2000 pounds so I don’t expect the extension to be subjected to any stress.

Delivery was really fast but the box that it was delivered in was in two pieces and the seven pin bracket was bent and paint was chipped but everything else was up to what I expected

I think it is a great product but expensive. In retrospect I could not do what I wanted with the truck and hitch so I spent the money needlessly. Not any fault of your company. I would have been just as well to leave the stock OEM and not spent the money anyway. Live and learn.

At first I was skeptical but now that I’ve put it together I’m very impressed. This thing is heavy duty and pulls my trailer no problem. Korren did a great job helping me out. Excellent customer service.

I had to remove burrs from the inside of the tube, both at the holes drilled (for hitch pin) and the end where the ball hitch goes in. The welded boss on the end of the tube had burs left over from the cutoff operation. The ball hitch would only slide in a couple of inches prior to deburring it. Also the packaging was not very good, see pictures. No damage to the product but I am surprised it even stayed in the box during the trip here, it was completely loose in the box and tore it apart during transport.

everything fit perfectly and it works great

Very disappointed in the packaging. It was thrown in a box with nothing else. The box was ripped on both ends on the side where the hitch busted through. Scratched up around the main hitch part. Mostly from rubbing I guess and the side that were sticking out we’re scared. I did install it anyways but if this is how they ship there products I will not buy again.

Quality seems good, haven’t had the opportunity to tow yet but it fits the receiver perfectly

Product quality is fine, however, tried to use with an ebike rack on upper hitch and flat tow hitch on bottom. Vehicle sway at highway speeds was too much, and I found bike rack on back of the towed Jeep was better.

Appropriately heavy for the job!

This items works really well as the hitch I have ($300+) was for a 2" opening and my new truck has a 2.5" opening. This items bridges the gap although it does make the hitch unit extend about 1' to 1.5" further out. Not an issue if you have adequate chain length.

Love the concept. Very simple. There is a weld bead that goes down the inside. This prevented the sleeve from sliding down smoothly. I placed the item with the side down like the instructions stated and used some hammer persuation to get the adaptor down only to find that the holes for the reciever did not line up. After using a gear to pull the adaptor off and turning it over opposite of what the instructions said to do I had to persuade it down again and the holes lined up. Fits perfectlly into the 21/2 reciever, so I should be good to go if I never need to remove it.

Structurally strong! Chain and turnbuckles created an extension for my RV extension bumper with storage box. Thought with chains it might need constant re-tightening but has remained tight, after initial trip of 5500mi. Of towing car dolly!

I’ve had the superhitch with 24” extension mounted on my 2013 Ram 2500 for 1 year now and use it frequently to pull my 16 x 7 enclosed trailer with my motorcycle and other gear inside. Was looking for a way to carry 2 e-bikes on a Hollywood rack, and tow my Jeep, behind my Class A RV. This dual hitch looks like it will do exactly what I want, at least when doing my test set-up. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5star is because when the rack and Blue Ox tow bar were installed, there was significant “slop”. I resolved this problem by buying an adapter at the local hardware store, and it is now tight as it should be.

Exactly what I needed. Now able to add storage box and still pull tow Dolly.

I have a Can Am Defender and the actual hitch is up under the back end so when I hooked up a trailer, I couldn't raise or lower the trailer without the crank handle hitting the tail gate, now I have plenty clearance and I love it.

Works great and reasonably priced. etrailer Customer Service is absolutely the very best. My first shipment arrived missing the hitch extension. Customer Service quickly responded to my communications and shipped a replacement the same day. As you can see from the photo the hitch extender is perfect for my Polaris Ranger and allows me to use my small lawn n yard implements. I highly recommend etrailer.

Works like a champ. I’d gotten a new truck with larger receiver and obviously didn’t want to buy a new ball mount for our weight distributing hitch. Using the adapter initially hurt my head as a ‘band aid’ solution, but it worked flawlessly on a recent 2000 mile trip. Zero regrets; will never hesitate to use it.

This was just what was needed. Fits so that sleeve is even with receiver so that a hitch stabilizer/clamp will work. Nice sturdy material with high quality finish.

I got this hitch extender to put on my camper so that I could mount my bike rack. It worked like a charm!! The bike rack and bike were super solid on the trip cross country!!

Works great. Gives me the space I need to swing my Jeep's tail gate open further so I can access the rear cargo area. One thing that would make it a five star would be safety chain rings welded on so I didn't have to buy more chain to extend the already very long chains all the way to the bumper, which leads to a lot of chain dragging on tighter turns.

The 4 foot hitch performed great. I bought the extra lenght to get it further behind my truck camper, I have a 3 foot hang over. The only problem was this made my 20 foot welded flat boat catch a lot of wind knocking my fuel milage way down. It also does not let my steps fold down. I should have gone with the 3 foot extension. live and learn.

Wow. Who would have believed I could have my heavy 11.5' Camper (which was well stocked, I should add) and pull a cargo trailer loaded with shop tools, workbench, and hardware. Handled well on highways through mountain passes, etc. Assembly and installation should have been much easier but the poor quality of the photos with the instructions was a bit of an impediment.

Not surprising to me, the cardboard package containing the Cannon Extension was damaged. However, the extension is so solid there was no apparent damage to the product. I was disappointed that the package failed to include four of the (6) required 3/8 inch shackles. Your packaging department could use some work. Overall, I’m looking forward to completing the required parts list and using the product.

The hitch worked great. I pulled a 12ft Wells Cargo enclosed trailer with a motorcycle on board. The reason I purchased this hitch, I have a 101/2 ft Lance camper that extends pass the bumper. I used it on a F350. I did use a Equla-I-Zer sway control hitch because of the tongue weight of my trailer and I believe it made this extension hitch work better.
