Got the Ball Mount Kit when I bought a hits receiver for my Jeep Wrangler. A good selection of parts in a nice bag. Very heavy, solid construction. Parts look heavy duty and top quality. It fits nicely in a compartment under the mats in the back of the Jeep, so I'm always ready to tow things.

Great Kit, it has everything I will need for an upcoming camping trip using an RV that we are renting. No matter the rise/drop that we need to attach the RV to our Jeep we have what we will need. The ease of installation was great products and craftsmanship was on part the only downfall I see is that the ball mount doesn't come with a hitch pin I would highly recommend e trailer and the products they carry to anyone

I've made several purchases from e-trailer.com and have had excellent service and quick delivery. The front hitch was difficult to mount because the straps welded to the 1/2 inch nut weren't quite long enough to catch the thru bolt. I had a fairly hard time lining the nut up but was able to do it.

Install took a little more time than planned, did not lower the muffler. The four bolts from left to right, number two and four were threaded. 2015 Rubicon, had to get the number two bolt started first and then the others worked fine. Start the threaded bolts first. Electrical hookup easy. Have not towed yet, don't expect problems.

To be honest, I use it upside down. I needed a hitch with rise, but none were available at time of purchase, and yours, inverted, works perfectly! The welds are regularly checked and remain all secure. It's a good hitch.

Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.

The D-26 is just the right length for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The 32in spare tire doesn't get in the way of the hitch even with 3/4" rise. yay

Excellent product - very strong and secure! Does not, however, fit my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It is about 3.5 inches too short to clear the spare, and about that much too tall to go under the spare.

This is such a great idea! It works flawlessly with my Jeep Wrangler and my Offroad trailer. The dampening incorporated into the hitch makes my ride so much smoother. I used to hear the clanking, tapping and banging while braking and while trailering offroad, but not any more! I highly recommend this hitch to anyone.

This particular 10" drop hitch ball mount was the right mixture of quality, features, and low price. It appears to be quality built, and the shock cushioning is an unexpected plus. I used it right away today when I received it to tow my utility trailer to Lowe's. The trailer made less noise and rattling around in the receiver with this product. I have a lifted Jeep Wrangler and the 10" drop leveled out the trailer pretty well. Also happy the AMSC10 is made in the U.S.A. ! Ordering process and follow-up by e-trailer were first rate. Both connecting lock n roll products are a great addition to my project roof top tent, utility, kayak mounted, Solar energy equipped overland adventure trailer. Not only has my travel range increased due to this go anywhere upgrade, but my trailer security and its value has increased also. I am a very happy customer. So.e fab work may be necessary.

I had never towed anything before and recently bought a small pop up camper. The Ball mount was to short for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I had to remove the spare tire each time to correctly hitch. This Ball mount is the perfect solution. Just the correct length to hitch up with out any more problems. Also better made and less expensive then the dealer sold me. I needed the extended hitch for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. With a standard length hitch when not on level ground I could not hook up or disconnect my utility trailer because the flip up coupler lock would hit the bottom of the rear-mounted spare. This extended hitch takes care of that by bringing the ball away from the tire allowing a flip up coupler lock to be completely vertical and disengaged

I neeed to pull a trailer with my 2019 GMC Yukon. I found Etrailer.com and followed the instructions on determining the drop of the hitch, the instructions were spot on. I hooked up my trailer to my Yukon today, all was level and worked perfectly. I had driven around to Napa, Lowe’s, Home Depot and Walmart, and nobody had the 9” drop hitch I needed. The quality of this product is fantastic and it assembled with no problems and makes my rv / toad I pull a perfect match. I will continue to do business with (etrailer.com) much more in the future. The following photos are of my 1988 Fleetwood Jamboree and my baby (rare 1982 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon) all connected up and the 9" drop towing bar makes my Toyota towing very easy and safe at a level condition with my RV. Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.

I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

This device is a great idea. I would highly recommend it for towing with smaller uni-body utility vehicles and small trucks because of their smaller drive components, but any vehicle will benefit. This is really nice with utility trailers that tend to bounce over potholes. I've used this product with a Jeep Wrangler and CJ7, Toyota RAV 4, Sienna and 4Runner as well as a Chevy Suburban.

My usage of your hitch is a bit unusual, I think. I pull a two ton roller with my Ram and I've used your cushioned hitch to smooth out the process. The roller Lunette just dropped over a 2" ball and then banged and jerked on the ball neck. Check out the photos for my adaptation.. I can flip it over and use the 2" ball! Have enclosed some photos. The cushion is holding up very well and it takes a beating!! Thanks

Works fine. Hole for the ball was not drilled properly and I had to ream out the hole slightly so the shaft on the ball would fit properly.

After one year I'd love hitch. Exactly what I needed some pool might load level. Very strong in the powder coating is actually holding up for a change.

The hitch I ordered came very quickly. I was able to track it and I pretty much knew when it would be at my door step. The hitch was more then I expected Heavy Duty. I use this hitch when I pull my horse trailer to make the stop/start transitions as smooth as possible for the horses in the back. It works great. I also love that its a category IV hitch. Really heavy duty. My truck sits pretty high, and the amount of drop - 8" is perfect. I never worry about hitch failure travelling with my horses - they're a heavy load, and any failure would be a disaster.
