Powder coated steel resists rust.The hitch I ordered came very quickly. I was able to track it and I pretty much knew when it would be at my door step. The hitch was more then I expected Heavy Duty. Awesome quality and more features then I realized. The fit was perfect. I will be using the hitch on a front mount receiver on my 2014 Silverado.

Well builtThis thing is beefy it has far exceeded my expectations. The powder coating was done very well. The only down side I have is my current coupler lock will not fit. I would recommend it.

Pretty good. There is lots of play in the coupler and there is play horizontal when inserted to my receiver.
It comes just as pictured. It does not include the pin to hold it in the receiver.

Exactly what we needed to fit our Land Cruisers in Chad that are equipped with bolt-on pintle hitches. No knowledge or availability of trailer hitches in this country. Very good price and regular communications from shipping department during the back-order process.

Pintle with shankshipping was very fast. the shank on this is solid. very heavy duty and has some good weight to it, maybe about 30lbs or more. extends out very far when compared to a standard shank with tow ball. recommended for heavy duty towing. love the product, works perfect on my 1990 Bronco (im actually thinking its a bit to heavy duty for my bronco). Just helped my buddy with his 30' boat. love the pintle because it locks it down however it dose make a bit more noise not that that matters. Works good for just passing tow straps threw it like a large D hook
I just got it so it hasn't had the "acid tect" yet. I can say that it's very heavy and appears to be very solid and well made. I don't anticipate any issues at all. I work for a utility company. Some of our trailers have a two inch ball. Others have the pintle hook. This hitch will save me a lot of time & effort spent switching between the two.The service and quick shipping from etrailer was also very impressive.
It's a great product, but the length can be a problem. Although ultimately its my fault, I actually bent my truck hitch because of too much tongue weight. The length it sticks out from the truck creates a lot of downward twisting weight on the truck hitch. If you are maxing out the ratings on the hitch, be careful.
