The hitch works great. The service was excellent!!!

I'm going back and having a hitch put on my other car soon.

Thank you.

Everything was perfect.! Nice paint, package, and fast shipping.! Im satisfied.!

Adam noticed that the trailer hitch I purchased and the pins would not line-up correctly. He personally contacted me to find me the correct parts that will fit my car before it was even shipped. I received the ordered parts in just several days. He saved me from so much of headaches and hassle. Thank you for your professionalism and caring attitude!

Works Great

I needed to find a hitch for a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I found this website and typed in the information needed (make, model, year) and up popped a detailed listing of the types of hitches I could use, with the prices and the amount of time needed to install the hitch. I ordered the hitch and received an email when the order was processed, plus an email with a tracking number as well. The unit arrived very quickly with no damage or scratches. The next day I installed the hitch according to the instructions included with the unit. I did this installation alone and it took less than 2 hours. The unit fit as advertised and looks very nice. I could not be more pleased with the hitch. I also bought the wiring harness for my vehicle and the drawbar kit as well. All items worked as they should. The instructions for the wiring harness were excellent as well. This was a one stop shop very simple a great experience.

The products are great and working just fine!!!

You etrailer folks sure know how to spoil a customer. Since I'm a repeat purchaser of your products, I'm still amazed how quickly you fulfill the order and ship it out so promptly. I paid for standard shipping, but if I didn't know better I'd say that it was expedited shipping.
The hitch was well engineered and excellent vehicle specific lighting kit with thorough instructions for both(2017 Chevrolet Malibu).
You "guys" are a "Class Act"!. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, " I'll be Back"
Best regards

Jack B.

Thank you so much for following up with my purchase satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate your professionalism. Yes, very satisfied with the receiver, ball and wiring kit.

Real fast shipping on top of a great price lead to easy instalation. Done it all by myself with no problem but working the frame bolts out is tough. Make sure to run them back up and down while taking them out to avoid breaking.

Awesome love the products my Subaru loves pulling my camper to New Hampshire and and getting hay weekly and yes my 2011 Subaru wrx pulls hard

A++ product at great price and fast shipping, it's a one stop shop all you need in one box and with the video makes it easy to install on my 2015 nissan altima with the bolts thru the trunk and didn't even to remove the mufflers by sliding the hitch in one side and pushing up the other end while pulling the one muffler to one side I was able to install quicker and the plug and play wires makes it easy than trying to decode wires. Thank-you.

Ordered a ball hitch, hitch cover, draw bar, and hitch pin for a 1 1/4" receiver so I can use a utility trailer to haul my 7' dingy down to the shore. We have a hybrid vehicle so hauling is not recommended but the distance is less than a mile and the total weight is less than 300 lbs. I shopped in vain to find the right size for our receiver but then I found etrailer. Couldn't be more pleased with the prices, communication and delivery! 5 stars absolutely.

The trailer hitch and the wiring kit were both excellent quality. The delivery was fast and the instructions and installation videos were very helpful. Don't be afraid to do it yourself. You'll save yourself a bunch of money. Great place to do business.

The quality was fantastic Love the tracking good job best I've ever seen.

Still holding strong

nice drawbar

This time, I got what I needed and your sales representative was very helpful

The products I bought were very good quality and I have been so pleased with them. I bought this bike rack and all the things with it, due to my bad back. It has been so good not having to lift the bike up high! I was hit hard in the back and it did not do a lot of damage to the rack. I was very surprised when I saw it. It was bent when I pulled it down. My insurance replaced it. It proberly save my trunk from a lot of damage. So the quality of all of these products was extremely high!!!!

my wife's 2011 subaru outback. very fast shipping, and the parts are as described. installed it on the floor with the car jacked up on the driver side in 1 hour.
very easy install after watching video on etrailers site. the coolest thing on the install was having my wife under the car with me to put it in place at least for 5 min. she might be sophisticated, but i got that extra set of hands to line it up. lol.

Works great. Easy to install..

Let's face a fact here . . . . . if you're gonna install a trailer hitch on your vehicle, then you most like are going to need one of these ! May as well get the correct size ball while you are thinking about it ! And don't forget the bike carrier !

So far so good. Product arrived quickly with no damage. Installed from start to finish in 20 minutes. Perfect fit. The way it's designed the spare tire can still easily be removed. Exactly what I was looking for. I have not installed the wires yet but I'm sure they will go on as easily as the hitch. I will tell everyone I know that needs a hitch to look at first. Great price and great products.

Excellent product. Shipped fast. Easy to install if you follow the online video! Routed the 4 pin connector down to the hitch instead of out the back!

This ball mount solved my clearance problems on my van. It has seen many miles since purchase and has always worked well, plus I saved money buying it here.

Great product, installed on my 2014 Subaru Outback. I've towed my small utility trailer probably 40 times with no issues at all. Highly recommended for the price.

I needed a mount to elevate the 2" ball for the kayak trailer to work properly with my Subaru Outback. This did the job. It will be on the road for the Labor Day weekend.

The drawbar itself is great. I just wish I'd gotten a longer version for my 96 Subaru Outback wagon. In the rise position it's obstructed by the bumper and won't go in far enough to insert the pin. The drop position is fine.

Excellent design/installation. All parts received and installed.

  • Availability of a Ball Mount for a 4-Wheeler and Other All Terrain Vehicles ATV
The Class II Drawbar, # 36071, is intended for use on a Class II trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. It is more for use on passenger cars and trucks, though. We do carry several ball mounts specifically designed for use on ATVs which would be a better choice, since this would be their intended purpose. I have included a link to the available ATV ball mount options below.

Your Class II hitch should have a weight rating of 3,500 lbs, check the hitch specifications to be sure. In this case we would recommend using a Class II rated ball mount, that has the proper drop or rise for towing your trailer. I added a link to all of the Class II ball mounts that we carry for you to select from. Normally trailers are set up with an 18 inch coupler height, so if you do not have a trailer to measure you can select a ball mount based on 18 inches and be very close with...
