The mounting holes are 2-1/2" apart and works with an old anti sway hitch that has hole spacing 1-1/4" o.c. Certainly, heavy duty. I wish it came with the bolts since there is no question about the size needed to mount this.
Every part fit perfectly! I needed the ball attachment and related hardware for a Blue Ox drop receiver I already had. These guys are really experts!
The hitch adapter is a perfect fit for my ole' 2x2-inch draw-tite weight distribution hitch (DT3344) which has holes at 1-1/4" on center, matching this adapter's 2-1/2-inch spacing perfectly. I will be using 3/4-inch dia. x 3.5-inch long grade 8 bolts for attachment in order to eliminate any possibly chance for movement.
Convenient and easy to adjust the ball height to the level height of any trailer using your weight distribution shank.

I`m waiting for mine to arrive. I find it hard to believe this will hold up to 2000 pounds of tongue weight. But will work great for my atv trailer. As always etrailer is the best with prices , shipping and customer service.

Product has been excellent , I used bolts instead of pins to hold it because I set my height and leave it. Etrailer is my favorite place to shop.
I finally had a chance to bust into the box. Extremely impressed with the quality of all the items in terms of materials, design/build and gauge of metal. If I had any suggestion it would be to increase gauge of steel of the ball mount u flange that the ball mount is actually welded to. Overall very good buy and I appreciate your fast delivery. I will shoot you some pics this weekend when I have time to actually insert hitch into receiver and take some measurements to see where ball ends up off the ground. June 16 weekend I will have the trailer to hook it all live. More later.
This worked great for me as my receiver is wedged into my F350,been there sense 1999 for my weight dis. hitch with bar mounts and 2-5/16 ball,it allows me to swapout to a 2"ball to tow small trailer.
Just what I needed. Will work with other shanks, but I found that not all shanks (like the one I already had) have the correct bolt spacing. This required my having to buy a shank with the correct spacing.
I purchased this to go with the equalizer 2.5 inch weight distribution hitch shank. I also ordered the recommended pins. This piece allows me to use my 6 inch drop equalizer shank normally used for weight distribution. Now when I'm not towing my camper I will have an adjustable height hitch without having to purchase anything else. Paired this will the Convert-a-ball adjustable hitch ball so now I can do 3 different drops with 3 different balls, all without having to loosen a nut!
This Ball Mount Adaptor works as described. It saved me from having to buy a complete hitch to tow a flat bed trailer once in a great time.
Will work as planned. Note: it will not work with the older hitches as it only fits a hitch that is 2 x 2 in square with 3/4 pin holes.

Use this item on a curt hitch 17120, works great and is perfect if you use multiple vehicles or trailers with different height hitches.
The part I needed was in stock and I received it on the day they said.
This fits well with my Curt drop shank. It certainly adds to the rattles, but gets the job done so I don't have so many heavy hitch-related items hanging out in my truck. I also use a locking skewer on the top pair of holes for added security.
I have not towed with this yet. I am certain it will be just fine. It is heavier than I thought it would be. Harbor freight offers one... it has half the load rating so it would not work for me. When buying this one they helpful parts were from the questions already answered. The holes from center to center are 2.5" apart which fit my receiver perfectly. I am just impressed with the overall construction of the weight of it.
This ball mount is extremely well made, great welds and matches up perfectly with the 14.5" drop hitch. Fast shipping!

This is a quality product. It came nicely finished and the welding looks first rate. It fits well on my weight distributing hitch. I also had great service from etrailer.

It works great. I use it with my 2020 chevy Silverado 2500hd. The setup is nice because having the 3 different balls and be able for different heights for all the trailers I pull
It what i need , but with the liabilities of a tow product , i expected high quality weld .
The weld is of very low quality and should never passed any visible inspection .
Very fast shipping. It fits a 2" Reese receiver with no problems. Would recommend.
This worked perfect for my application which was different than typical. It gives me plenty of adjustability for each vehicle my hitch is mounted to.
Very good quality, clean welds, good paint coverage and appears to be good steal with no wear after use. Very happy with etrailer's products. Thank you.
