This drawbar is made to fit vertical hitch receivers that mount straight down instead of the usual side entry. It adapts your 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" vertical hitch receiver for use with a hitch ball, giving you a clean, direct way to connect your trailer coupler. The setup is simple and solid, so once it’s installed you’re ready to tow without extra brackets or adapters.
Getting the ball platform at the right height helps keep your trailer level and your handling predictable. This drawbar has a 2-1/4" rise measured from the bottom of the hitch receiver, so it brings your ball up to a natural towing height. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole is 9-3/4", giving you steady spacing between truck and trailer.
The steel shank carries up to 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 350 lbs tongue weight—ideal for light trailers or small utility hauls. The platform is solid steel, measuring 2" wide by 5/8" thick with a 3/4" diameter ball hole, so it takes on regular towing duty without flex or play.
Road spray, salt, and moisture can take a toll on towing gear. The gloss black powder coat on this CURT drawbar resists rust and corrosion, keeping the steel shank looking clean and ready for use season after season. It’s a straightforward piece of gear designed to stay reliable through everyday towing.

Beautifully made and looks good. It’s expiensive because it’s a unique design and made of solid stock, rather than lighter tubing. It’s probably the only drawbar made for a 2000 Z-3.

Exactly what was needed
I like it a lot and it will do what I need it to do but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to use it yet. I bought it to go on the back of my trike and pull my motorcycle camping trailer. I haven't gone camping yet. It is excellent quality and for it's size would recommend to anyone.
On the phone customer service pointed me to exactly the right hitch for my 1996 BMW z3.

Hitch fit great on our 2002 Goldwing. Would recommend the No-rattle wedge which we ordered also but would not work tighten up enough with the angle on the provided bolt that has abend in it. Ended up buying a straight eye-bolt from Lowes to get wedge snugged up. Nice and tight now and hitch has no play. Highly recommend both products. Can't wait to get on the bike hook up the trl and head to the mountains!
drawbar was just a stated on web site. great quality and fit perfect.
would like to add had some trouble with first delivery just got a empty box in the mail. i contacted etrailer and they took very good care of me and sent out a replacement within 48 hours. they also sent replacement UPS had it two days.

This drawbar is totally awesome. It saved my trip. The original drawbar was too short for my trailer to clear the chrome accessory on the bottom of the rear of my 2005 goldwing. This product is expensive but well worth the purchase price.

Works great. I used it make my own 2inch receiver because they didnt exist. But I have gotten a lot of use out of it with zero issues.
I needed a vertical hitch for my Goldwing motorcycle. The website was very easy to get around. The shipping was very fast. This was my third attempt at getting the right hitch. It works great! just the correct height for the new trailer. The old one whiched worked fine just was a couple inches tall but works great for one of our other trailers.
