Is it possible to increase the rise of the Curt D-55007 ball mount drawbar for hidden hitch by about 3? If so, what type of accessories would I need? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
The ball mount # D-55007 was meant for use with Curt trailer hitch # C11748V. I have included a link to the installation details for you. You could then add 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256 or 2 inch ball # 19258. On Class I and II trailer hitches you have to use the ball mount specified by the hitch manufacturer for warranty purposes.
If you need trailer wiring, use # 119178KIT. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the wiring as well.
