Thank you so much for the unbelievable delivery time. I was hoping to get it before next weekend and here it is already. Just when I thought oh my here we go as it was picked up and headed east to Kentucky. Before I could even think about what I should do it was leaving Seattle heading north. A sigh of relief. I have a friend coming over today to give me a hand with it and will send a great review when I have a chance. Like I have told many people that bitch and complain about receiving a wrong item when ordering online. "Mistakes happen, it's how it's resolved that deserves the highest ratings" It has been a horrific six months for me, then to make worse, when I was getting on my feet, I discover I had two left recliners that was delivered 6 months ago. Thank you and your coworkers involved for rectifying the situation and get it done in a timely manner with the least hassle for me possible. I really appreciate all you have done more than you can imagine and look forward to our future business.

Absolutely love these recliners! I was concerned that they may not be comfortable or the fabric felt cheap but after reading the reviews, I decided to go ahead and order them. When they arrived, my two concerns were immediately put to rest. These are super comfortable and the fabric feels warm and rich. Kim at etrailer was awesome to work with. I called her on Saturday to place the order and they were on my door step on Thursday. The space I installed them in wasn't deep enough but I knew this going in. Despite this, they still look and work great. I was able to get the old sofa out and these in and mounted the floor in under two hours by myself. I highly recommend these recliners for their look and feel and I would not hesitate to purchase them from etrailer. I was so focused on getting these in that I didn't take a "before" picture so the one attached was from one of our camping trips. Can't wait to sip morning coffee and watch TV in these on our next camping trip.

We purchased a scratch and dent item, because we only needed the back of a sectional stadium seating recliner. The price was great and the service was superior! Our only issue with the delivery through UPS.

The customer service at etrailer.com is outstanding. Thanks to Dylan F for his assistance with this order. We received the items in record time and were able to install them without too much trouble. I would like to thank David 03/30/2018 who's review was very helpful. We had been eyeing this product for over a year but were concerned it might not fit and didn't want the hassle of a return. You cannot imagine my surprise when I saw David's review and pictures which showed he has the EXACT motor home we have and how beautifully they fit and looked. I got on the phone and ordered them immediately. Since the chairs were 3" deeper than the slide, we attached 2 - 2" X 4" s to the bottom of the slide and covered them with carpet. I think it looks great!

I ordered the theater seating and it came in three boxes. One box was damaged on arrival, but no damage to anything inside. Easy to put together. I like the appearance, and the recliners work fine, and are much more comfortable than the sofa/airbed I replaced. I have ordered from etrailer before and have no hesitation ordering from them in the future.

This was the answer. This combination of furniture made our rv feel new again. The furniture installed easily and is truly top notch. Works very well for us, and looks great , too.

I'd like to give 5 stars, but we were sent two left hand sides twice and had to go through the hassleof returning, but I will say although we had that hassle, custimer service is excellent and each time I called they immediately shipped out the new chair and got me a return form for the other. As for the recliners, they are so comfortable and much higher quality than our very uncomfortable trifold sofa that came with our travel trailer. The polyhide, which is a European leather is so soft. I am pleased with the product.

The recliners are extremely comfortable. It’s my favorite place to sit and relax. We had a few issues in the beginning where the left arm wouldn’t puff up to its fullest. However every time it was taken care of. I actually am receiving a new right recliner ( right one when sitting in it). The recliner makes a loud sound when closing. I greatly appreciate it. The left recliner is going to jealous of the new one??

We bought the reclining love seat and reclining chair to replace our original chair and couch. The product was perfect . We did have a problem and received 2 right sides and no left but we called and they were so helpful put it on the truck the same day and sent the paper to do the return. So when it came he took back the wrong one. Color was exactly as shown. We love them easy to get into the mh . Only now I have to finish a new cabinet beside loveseat.
