Hey William. To add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2024 Ford F-250, I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWRVK2402. These custom fit brackets mount to existing holes in your truck's frame. They fit both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed models without the factory puck system. The rails will work with B&W, Curt, Demco, Reese, Anderson and PullRite 5th wheel hitches and accessories.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C57010. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

Are you also needing a 5th wheel hitch? If so how long is your F-250's bed?

Jerred, Thanks for getting back to me. Problem with that is i already have the puck system installed in my truck. My friend has a B and W hitch that uses rails. I was looking for a way to mount that hitch and save a bunch of money. I am currently researching a Demco adapter. It is a rail system that hooks into the puck system. Any info on that or similar would be appreciated. Thanks

@WilliamD You're welcome and thanks for that additional information. Your friend's hitch sounds like it's either the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3270 or the standard Patriot item # BWRVK3255. The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item # DM6175 is exactly what you need. It's going to drop right down into your puck system and provide you with a base similar to 5th wheel rails. Either Patriot hitch will mount right to it. Additionally, the Demco item # DM6175 is the only puck system adapter for Ford trucks that actually works with the Patriot Slider item # BWRVK3270. The slider base bottoms out on the rest of them.
