We have a great article (linked below) that discusses what you are looking to do.

For a Round Adapter Tube # KPG5-R30IP. This inner tube fits most standard, round gooseneck outer tubes. It is 4" in diameter and has a vertical range of 8" with 2-11/16" from center of hole to center of hole. It is rated for 30,000lbs and features a 9-7/8" wide square plate.

For a Square Adapter Tube # KPG5-Q30IP. This inner tube fits most standard, square gooseneck outer tubes. It is 4" square and has the same vertical range and adjustment as the round counterpart. Also features a 9-7/8" square plate.

Make sure to get a Lube Plate # 16721 to protect that 5th wheel hitch as well as quiet your ride.
