It needed to be better packed, as the heavy piece with sharp edges had torn the box up and the UPS driver was having to take special care to keep it from falling out.

This makes the changing between hitches very convenient.
Functionality it's fine. However it was not pri.ed or painted. Also the pin holes were not drilled at a 90 degree with the foot. Foot is angled on the fifth. This is an authentic thing but never ltheless it shows the lack of detail in the manufacture.
Welds are all good and is functional as was meant to be.
shipping was fast showed up in 3 days like told . was easy ordering very easy to install going to use it on a flatbed 25 foot trailer to haul tractors and big round bales or hay now going to be able to use semi tractor instead of pickup. going to put it to the test this weekend.

Excellent product easy to install. No more switching between 5th wheel and gooseneck hitch ball.
Quality control kinda sucks with this one. I'm not happy with the crooked set screws primarily. Also not happy with the crooked load bearing pin holes that so many others mentioned. I bought this combo because it was only $[XX] more than the inner shaft by itself. Tried to get a partial refund or send it back but they want me to pay for shipping, so it's not worth it. I would recommend buying the Bulldog brand, might have better quality design.
This adapter increased my revenue by 25% as now I can haul gooseneck trailers. Highly recommend for simi's that do power only with long slide fifth wheel. I really give it a 10 star
A great way to make your trailer more secure to your tow vehicle. No josseling around from a loose ball connection. Easy hook up, less jacking. Lower your Jack’s to the ground and snug it up. Unlatch and pull out.
