The Ram Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter Inner Tube part # KPG5-Q30IP and Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter part # KPG5-R25-IP both have an industry standard 2" diameter kin pin which most semis use so yes it will work.
