The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit uses custom-fit brackets that mount to existing holes in your truck’s frame, so there’s no drilling required. That means you can bolt everything together cleanly and get a solid connection between the frame brackets and the rails. Because it’s a custom design, install time is about half of what you’d spend on a universal kit, and everything you need—brackets, rails, and hardware—is included right in the box.
The above-bed base rails in this kit follow the industry-standard pattern, so they’ll work with hitches from CURT, Reese, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Valley, Husky, and Blue Ox. Even older hitches like the RBW Lil Rocker fit right in if their mounting legs line up with standard rail spacing. This gives you flexibility to use your current hitch or switch to another brand later without any extra adapters.
Once everything’s bolted up, the visible rails sit neatly in the bed with a glossy black finish that matches most hitches and looks good doing it. The low-profile design keeps the bed easy to use when your hitch is out, so you still have room for gear or cargo when you’re not towing.

I had to shim my installation on the front bracketsIt did not make sense the shimmingIf you installed it the way the installation showed it would have crusted the bed down8 BLIPPING hr. install up down up down up down up down on and onrear bracket are good though SUCKED
