It is designed to fit the 2013 RAM 2500 trucks and also the 2013 and newer Ram 3500 trucks without the OEM prep package. Now the custom mounting brackets right here that are on the side, these are what'll mount beneath your truck bed.

And as you can see, they provide the attachment points for these 5th wheel rails.
