Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the BMW custom mounting brackets. These are going to be for your fifth wheel above bed base rails from BMW. Now those rails are sold separately for this particular kit. You'll need part number BWRVR3210.

Again, sold separately right here at etrailer.com. If you want to get those with your kit, that would be the part you need.But this is going to be a custom fit for the 2020 and newer GMC and Chevrolet trucks. It's going to be for the 2500 and the 3500 short and long bed. The only exception to that it's not designed to work with the carbon pro beds. Just not ready for that at the moment.

Basically what you're going to get is everything you see laid out here on the table. We'll get our custom brackets for the front and rear on either side, and then all the hardware to get everything installed. Also comes with some fish wires, so you can get your hardware going through the frame and everything lined up. The nice thing about this custom kit is that we don't have to worry about any frame drilling. You're not going to have to make any modifications to the truck frame.

Of course, you do need to drill some holes to get the rails installed so the hardware can go through, but that's the only modification we're making to our vehicle.Everything else is going to be designed to accommodate for the curves and custom fits the parameters for your frame. It should be a pretty easy, pretty straightforward install as far as a fifth wheel install kit goes. The nice thing that I like about BMW is it just seems like they take their time with making sure that everything is machined properly, everything fits well, and that it's a really nicely made system. Their powder coat is also going to cover all the surfaces really well. As you can see, everything is coated with that gray powder coat, which is BMW's signature.

That's going to help it to resist any kind of corrosion. The brackets are also made out of a sturdy steel.Everything is made in the USA. That's always a great addition to our kit that we know that it's American made. It is covered by a lifetime limited warranty from BMW.
