Unfortunately, we don't offer any rear suspension enhancement products for a 2013 Kia Sorento, nor would I be able to determine the spring rate of the OEM springs, however I still might be able to help.

If the sag in the rear end is being caused by the tongue weight of a trailer, then a weight distribution system would be a more effective way of managing the rear ride height of your Sorento, you'll just want to make sure you're using a hitch that's compatible with weight distribution like the Draw-Tite # 75684 Class III hitch.
You'll want to choose the weight distribution system based on the tongue weight of the trailer when its fully loaded as you'd normally have it when towing.
I'll link to an article that explains how to determine the trailer's tongue weight, and to an article that fully explains how weight distribution works by transferring a portion of the trailer's tongue weight to the vehicle's front axle to even out the ride height of the vehicle.
If you'd care to reply with the trailer's fully loaded tongue weight, I'd be happy to recommend a system for you.
