Question:
2019 Kia Sorento hitch. Why are none of the hitches rated for use with weight distribution systems? Are any hitches out there rated for WDS for this vehicle?

I do have options for your 2019 Kia Sorento that will aid in both sway control and vehicle sag but I unfortunately do not have the answer you are looking for as to why the trailer hitch receivers they offer for your vehicle are not rated for use with a weight distribution system. If i had to guess it is because most people who use this vehicle are not doing any heavy duty towing.
For a trailer hitch I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75908. This hitch has a 5,000 lb towing capacity which will meet or exceed the towing capacity of your Sorento. It is currently the most cost effective option we have for you and it will be the easiest to install.
In order to prevent the vehicle from sagging or squatting while hooked up to the trailer, I recommend using the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs. In order to make sure you get the correct set I would need you to fill out the attached chart. This is because they do not make a set specifically for the Sorento but odds are will have one that works for you. It just requires a bit of measuring on your part but there aren't any other options in regards to suspension enhancements.
In order to prevent/reduce trailer sway you will want to look into an electronic sway control device like the Tuson Electronic Sway Control System part # 335TSC-1000 or a friction sway control device like the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660 as these are going to be your only two options at this time. The electronic sway control kit is going to be easier to use and won't require setup each time but the friction sway control is obviously much more cost effective but both will work well for you.
I have attached review/install videos.
