Question:
How can I confirm if my 2009 Santa Fe has a factory installed tow package so I will know which wiring to order? Thanks

From the research I did the easiest way to determine if you have a tow package would be to check to see if your 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe has a transmission cooler mounted in front of the radiator. A transmission cooler looks basically like a miniature radiator that will be mounted in front of the radiator.
If your vehicle has a transmission cooler then you know it has a tow package. You can also look under the driver side wheel well to see if the connections are there. Check out the video I attached at the 2:07 mark to see where the connections are and what they look like.
Another option if the above would not work for you would be to have a Hyundai dealer run the VIN number of your vehicle. They will be able to tell from that.
I also attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out.
