You can tow with a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, though according to the owner's manual, without the towing package you have a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 lbs.
In order to tow with your Santa Fe, you would need a hitch, and I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75471, which has a bolt-on installation so no welding is going to be required. You would also need wiring to add a 4-way connector, the T-One Harness # 118415. I also checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball and a pin and clip. In order to choose the correct ball mount, you will need to take a couple quick measurements first.
With your Santa Fe parked on level ground, measure from the top of the receiver opening to the ground; your camper should also be parked on level ground and you'll need to measure from the bottom of the coupler to the ground. If the height of your hitch is greater you'll need a ball mount with that amount of drop. Should the height of your coupler be greater, you will need a ball mount with that amount of rise. I've added a link to our page with each of our ball mounts, as well as a help article on ball mounts for you to take a look at.
I've also attached links to video reviews of these products for you.
