For your 2005 Fleetwood Gearbox I have no way of knowing what vent you have. What I can do to assist is let you know there are 4 possible hinges that determine the fit. I've attached a photo to show you the differences. Once you know which one you have you will be able to choose from the available options on the linked page. The power assembly won't make a difference, but you will want to pay attention to how and where the vent cover attaches to get the same style.
