Need to equip my 2017 Buick Envision for flat towing. Can the Roadmaster fuse master work on this vehicle? Also please list all parts needed to hook up behind 2018 Leisure Travel Van. I am thinking that the Invisi Brake would be the way to go.

Yes, the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch part # RM76512 will work on your 2017 Buick Envision and is also recommended to be used while flat towing this vehicle. In order to flat tow your vehicle with 4 wheels down, you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, supplemental braking system, wiring harness, and possible high-low adapter. I will attach my recommendation for each of these components below.
For a base plate kit designed to fit your vehicle, I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1518 as these feature removable tabs for an inconspicuous look while not in use. For a towbar compatible with the Blue Ox Base Plates, I recommend using the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar part # BX7420 as it has safety cables included which is one less thing you will need to buy. To lock the tow bar to the base plate kit, I also recommend using the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit part # BX88101.
You will also need a supplemental braking system and wiring harness such as the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700 and the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15247. A wiring converter like the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter part # 118158 and 2 additional diodes like the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diodes part # RM-792 will be needed if you want to retain separate turn and brake signals. A few additional items you will need include the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch part # RM76512 and the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751482.
You may also need to use a high-low adapter if distance from the ground to the center of your base plates are not within 3" from the ground to the top of your hitch receiver tube. I have attached a list of all our high-low adapters for you in addition to a list of various review and installation video on these products.

I read your reply as to what parts I would need to flat tow my 2017 Buick Envision behind a Class C mobile home. I called to place the order and be sure on parts, and a lady sent me an email recommending the following parts. Only two in her list match yours. Now I don’t know what to order.
