We have exactly what you need to flat tow your 2017 Buick Envision with a Demco Aluminator, Commander, Dominator, Excalibar, or Kwik-Tow tow bar.
I recommend using the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-4 along with the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033. This was designed for people in your situation who already have some equipment.
Please note that a complete flat towing setup includes the tow bar and base plate kit, as well as safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you are lacking any of these parts just let me know and I can make some recommendations to get you ready to tow your Envision.
You will also want to be sure to follow any instructions in your owner's manual on flat towing your 2017 Buick Envision.
