If a Plug-N-Tow™ harness is not available, your vehicle can be hardwired. The wiring locator will recommend the correct parts for your trailer hitch wiring installation, or you can view the Entire Selection. You can also view the trailer hitch wiring kits based on your vehicle type.
- Vehicles with sensitive electronics will require a Powered System. The powered hardwire kits connect directly to the vehicle battery to avoid interference with sensitive vehicle electronics.
- If your vehicle has a separate bulb for the brake light and turn signals (amber) you will need a taillight converter system.
- Vehicles with standard red signals can use the 2-Wire hardwire kit.
