The Thule chains worked awesome as I hoped they would! This is the first year we have not had heavy snow while on this trip! We went to New Hampshire for just over 2 weeks for the holidays and it never snowed! (If I tried to go without chains or snow tires we would have been snowed in).We arrived back in Florida last night for New Years safe and sound. Thanks, I have had very good luck with your firm and saved several hundred dollars working with you. I purchased a Hitch and wiring system for the Edge and both were very well fitted. I look forward to the bike Rack this was a better deal than the Thule system and included lock and had a higher rated carrying rate. I purchased a 2012 GMC Canyon which already had a seven pin trailer adapter. Since my trailer is 4-pole, I wanted to get and adapter which would plug in between my factory wiring and the existing plug without having to splice into the wires. When I purchased a class II hitch for my 2010 Escape I had some concerns about the finished look and wished for a picture of the installed product on line. That said, the hitch fits great and was pretty easy to install. I am glad that I bought the wireing harness in that the trailer lights work perfectly and I dought that they would have otherwise. I am extremly happy with my experience and will recommend etrailer highly.

Awesome service by your company. The Thule CS-10 chain is an incredible product. It takes me less than a minute to put on a chain. After a training session of about 5 minutes I was able to install both chains on a Toyota Sienna in about two and a half minutes. You definitely get what you pay for.
