etrailer was simple and easy to shop and order. The item was easy to find, and matching it to my vehicle was as simple as clicking in a year and model. The big reason for buying from etrailer was price. The same receiver hitch frim other venders was at least $30.00 or more than the one I ordered from etrailer and the quality of the hitch I ordered was the same. A class lll. Same installation and weight. And etrailer even had free shipping, which very few of the other venders offered. Shipping alone saved me several dollars. It arrived in just 4 days. Very satisified!

A great big thanks to your company for all the friendly help in making sure I received a step with the correct mounting bolt hole,measurements. Kudos! to the employee, who took the time to go get the step from the warehouse and give me the measurements over the phone. The step arrived as promised,on time and thanks for the free shipping. The cost & shipping were primary concerns as the step weighs about 45 lbs. Your price beat the same brand, sold locally, by nearly $200.00. This step a Stromberg/Carolson product is an improvement over my old step as it does not require regular,oiling of the moving parts.I`d give you a 5 out of 5 star rating for your service! sincerely Ray Q.

They had exactly what I wanted and a great price. Sounds like a TV ad sorry. But it was what I needed to mount the spare tire to the square bumper on my camp trailer. The little instructional video was also pretty cool. And in the video the spare tire mount actually looks beefier than the pictures. One problem, hopefully the flat tab that holds the tire in place does not scratch the rim or I may have to cover it with rubber or something.

My order was delayed due to the brake controller being out of stock. I dont recall being notified of this during the order process. That said, they did follow up with me by email several times to ensure I knew the status of my order. When the items did arrive they were packaged very well. The 7pin plug I ordered came with a 12v led pin stick troubleshooting light which I found very useful. This was supplied with the plug and I did not have to order it seperately. This was a very nice touch. Overall Im very pleased with Etrailer and plan to order from them again right now in fact.

As usual etrailer.com delivered flawlessly. On a recent multiple item order, one item was backordered and they notified me that the order would ship in 7 days. I called them they actually answer the phone and answer it quick and explained I needed the one in-stock item by the weekend. They split the shipment to send the in-stock item and arranged to have backordered item shipped from the manufacturer. Both items arrived in 4 days, plenty of time to meet my schedule. Ive been a loyal customer for a few years because I love the selection, competitive prices, and most of all the excellent customer service.

I have just finished installing the 118158, 2 wire to 3 wire taillight converter on my 5th camper. I am absolutely tickled silly with its performance. Works just the way I hoped it would, with no issues what so ever! I also wanted to say I am grateful for the assistance I got over the phone helping me clear up weather or not I would need to put diodes in as well. I was unable to find the information on the web site and the lady I talked to was very polite and interested in helping me. As your box says When you reach the botttom of the box, dont end your relationship with us! Very funny, but your service is better than Amazon! One point Id make about the trailer jack I purchased, it would have been very helpful if you would have given the dimensions of the circlip, it was the correct one, but if it wasnt I would have to have reutrned the unit or welded a new plate, which would have been a hassle. But, it fit, so Im happy!

I am absolutely impressed with Kimberly, Geroge, Brenda and the entire etrailer staff. My product was not in inventory and I was told it would be shipped from the manufacture. I called the next morning and was told that the manufactures number was extremely busy and I would get an email explaining my shipment. No email but I checked the tracking feature on the order page. It stated my order would be delivered today. Wow. I then checked email and got update from Kimberly. Draw Tite hitch was a perfect fit on the 13 Honda CRV, easy installation, and took only 45 minutes. The trim cover on bottom of vehicle is trimmable with strong scissors, and went back on easily after the installation, no need to discard it.

This 54 suburban mom and her 11 yr old son installed the hitch in under an hour on our 2007 Honda Odessey. We went to Walmart and picked up a brush from the gun cleaning section to clean out the well nuts. We only had to remove the rear-most exhaust hanger and then we were able to slide the hitch into position and bolt it in. We did not have to jack up the car during installation. The installation video was great and gave us the confidence that we could install the hitch ourselves. Ordering from Etrailer was easy, and the hitch arrived about a week after placing the order.

Everything arrived fine and looks great! Just FYI on my purchase; besides the great price my biggest reason ( more than price! ) was the fact that you had VIDEOS and/or pictures of the actual install on the vehicle! I had looked at a LOT of other places and it was really confusing on whether or not the bumper they had listed as being 'compatible' with my wife's car would actually fit. Some had vertical mounts, horizontal, or one of each! No real comfort there. When I actually SAW the unit mounted in video and how to do it, including a video on installing the wiring (nice!) I was sold. I quit looking. The only improvement that I could think of would be to wrap the hitch in foam wrap or very thick paper. I had a few places where the bumper's paint was chipped off in transport and one section of the cardboard box that the end of the hitch had punched through. (I know how hard it is to package things, especially with the way the shippers handle the stuff! I remember being in college and the guys I went to school with telling me how they handled things loading the trucks! ouch!! I triple wrapped my grandmas christmas gift that year! Thanks again! Going over to my neighbors to get help installing everything in a few minutes!

I just received and installed the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch - for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. It arrived in a fair amount of time and was one of the easiest hitches I have ever installed. I used to be a hitch installer so I mean that. The video that you posted was excellent and made the instructions unnecessary, except for the torque value I forgot that early on too many penguins on the iceberg. Overall excellent experience was the third time I used e trailer and will definitely not be the last.

Everything was fine. I bought a four prong connector for my boat trailer because the old one was damaged. The new connector fit great. I also bought two LED lights for my tailer and they work excellent. You can even see them in direct sunlight. They were also very easy to install. Thanks.

Customer Service was amazing. Turns out my order was not available in the warehouse. Staff noticed that I had paid extra for express shipping and correctly guessed that I wanted it quickly. After a week of searching the web for a class 3 hitch I found etrailers. They had the lowest price that I could find and had free shipping. I ordered a new hitch and wiring for my 2011 Ford Escape. Received a quite reply about the order and another email stating the items were shipped. Great tracking info and very fast shipping to my door. I had a garage install the hitch and wiring. The hitch fit the Escape as did the wiring. If they had a star rating they would be 5 stars.
