Just got a hitch for my 2007 Honda CR-V and the install was very easy. The directions said it would be a 40 minute install but it only took about 30. You had to pull alot of plastic out in the cargo area to put the wiring harness on but it snapped right back in place.

I received the hitch I ordered amazingly fast (2 days from order) and shipping upgrade just cost $7 for speeded up delivery! Unfortunately, it then decided to go from Spring back to Winter (life in the high country of the Colorado Rockies) and it took me a week to get at it. Install was a very, very precise fit, had to have a little patience to get the holes lined up, but they did and consequently, it is now one with my Pathfinder. Advice to other installers, the 4th hole that did not have a bolt in it (just 3 in the tie down) should have a bolt turned through it before you get the hitch in place (has factory paint and dirt in hole). On the negative side, the bizrate survey (yes, I was suckered by the $100. fish hook) only to find out it was just magazine subscriptions (why do you think I bought a hitch, to go read mags in the mountains, ha ha). Immediately after giving bizrate my email address, I started geting a lot of junk mail I had never had before. Now biz rate keeps sending me $100. offers to tell them I received the hitch and to fill out their survey. Just ask me yourself; your whole ordering, delivery, install instructions and fit were a 10 out of 10. I will use you again and recommend you to other camper owners! Thanks Gary

I ordered a bike rack and multi-use ball mount for my 5th wheel trailer. The bike mount was exactly what I needed but the special ball mount was a super find. I ordered the Hidden hitch and wiring relays for my 2008 Titan on a Tuesday and they were sitting in my carport when I got home Thursday. The install took about 30 minutes with no big problems. I did have to use a small crowbar to align the front attachment holes with the frame holes but I expect that with anything thats been welded. Quality looked great with a really good finish. This was my first order from etrailer but Ill go there first from now on for my Titan parts. Also, within two hours of ordering, I received an email that the parts were in stock and then another email telling me they had shipped with the tracking information included.

I ordered a new hitch and wiring harness kit through etrailer.com. I spoke with a pleasant service representative, and she took my information. She told me that she would e-mail me the confirmation of the order, then another e-mail would be sent when the order was shipped. I received both of these e-mails within 1/2 of an hour after our phone conversation. I was also told that my order would be at my house within 2-3 business days. This was a Tuesday evening around 7pm and the hitch was here the very next day before 24 hours were up. I was very amazed. My order was exactly right. All needed hardware was included. The instructional video is helpful for those who may not know how. I do work on cars for a living and I did not need the video, but it was a very nice touch to a wonderful experience. Exactly what was advertised. I was able to install the trailer hitch in about twenty minutes. The wiring harness was a bit more challanging, it took about 3 hours, but most of the time was spent figuring how to remove the trim panels without breaking something. I recently broke my lighted trailer hitch cover and was looking for a replacement. I bought my original one on ebay for $10 but could not find it for under $20. I did a google search and etrailers came up in the search. They had it for $10! I bought 2 because I keep on forgetting about the mounds of snow at my job and when I back into a spot I crush the receiver cover. Etrailer called me wondering why I was ordering 2 which I thought was very smart of them. They were making sure that someone wasnt purchasing an order with a stolen credit card. I called and thanked the person for doing that. I was so happy with the service and the pricing that I already recommended the site to a co-worker who asked me to order a different receiver cover for his Honda passport. By the way my cover is going on my 2003 Honda Element. The cover is great and better than the LED ones in my opinion. I had an LED one and when I had the first rainfall the thing shorted out. This one has a bulb in it. It is the CR-007 model cover. The site is fantastic, easy to navigate, great pictures and you get updated emails on the status on your order. Great people too! I ordered the hitch for my 2007 Honda Odyssey back in Nov of 2007 and today it was finally warm enought out in Ohio to install it. Im 68 years old and with the help of a floor jack I had it installed in 20 minutes. A tip for other Odysseys owners dont unhook the tailpipe as instructed let one end of the hitch rest on the pipe while jacking up the other end and installing the bolts then move the jack to the end with the pipe before removing pipe bracket.

The product is great Hidden hitch class II receiver. Installation was easy on my Subaru Outback except for the charcoal canister bracket makes it tricky to position the hitch. eTrailer service was good. I would buy from them again
