I installed the Draw-Tite hitch on my 2025 Sienna today. It took 8 hours, but that's only because I'm 69 years old and can't move as fast as I could 10 or 15 years ago. Someone in their 20's or 30's could install this hitch on a Sienna in 1 hour, and that's without a garage hoist. I put the car's rear wheels up on ramps that gave me 6" more room. Referring to the photos, you can see that I began the install by raising the receiver on each end on a pair of folding chairs, with long bar clamps stuck through the end of the main receiver tube. This was for safety; if the receiver fell off the scissor jack, the end supports on the chairs wouldn't let it fall all the way to the floor, or onto me. I counter-balanced the weight of the mount plates by sticking a hitch bar with a 2-5/8" ball on it. I slowly lifted it into place with the scissor jack, adjusting the position of the end supports and the jack until the holes lined up. I got 1 bolt started on each end, then removed the jack and the end supports, and installed the other 4 bolts. The only problem I had was with the cutout for the underbody panel. The instructions said to cut this 8" back; this wasn't enough to clear the hitch mount plate, and I ended up having to cut it back to nearly 10". After that, it fit fine.
Access to the 6 weldnuts was perfectly open; I've installed a half-dozen hitch receivers on vehicles in the 50 years I've had a driver's licence, and this Drwa-Tite receiver for the Sienna was by far the easiest. Just one more thing: the exhaust tail pipe: it's on the passenger side close to wear you will be working; the pipe is cut on a diagonal at the factory, and the edges of that cut are rather ragged. You might want to tie or tape a towel over the end of the tailpipe while you are working, so you don't cut or scrape your arm on those sharp edges.
The installation instructions weren't perfect, but good enough to get the job done. Once installed, the hitch works well.

The hitch installation was fine. All parts worked fine. The only issue was I had to repaint the hitch because of all the paint that had chipped off before it was out of the box. I’m hoping this will not become a rusty eye sore in a year.

I've been using this receiver with a bicycle rack and it held out great. I've bottomed out with it a couple of times as well and it's still in one piece. Bonus points for shipping it with exact parts and manual needed for my car, the installation was a breeze as DIY.
Product looks great, but due too insufficient packing, the box got crushed causing paint chips, easy to install, it worked great.

Perfect fit and works great with my 4 bike Hollywood bike rack. However, the receiver tube face was not flush with the tube itself and required filing off about 1 millimeter of metal on one side to insert the rack mount. At first I thought I was doing something wrong but it became clear there was something blocking. Once I filed it down a little, worked great. A minor defect and I don't feel this is representative of typical etrailer quality.
Trailer arrived banged up with bare metal showing several places, which will rust sooner. Hitch fits great, but is so low it scrapes over any small bump. Not pleased with the purchase.

As far as delivery, product accuracy and difficulty level of install: 5 star!! I GAVE IT 4 STAR overall AS I HAVENT TRIED HER OUT WITH WEIGHT YET but im sure itll get the extra star.... WITH THAT SAID:
INSTALL: super easy. Directions could be clearer but whatever, thats what pictures and videos are for. Vid on website under product explains it very well. Didnt need to lift up the van to get access to underbody. Ground clearance gave enough room to do it without using a ramp or jacking the car up.
Great hitch! This receiver works great with our 4-bike rack, which in turn lets us easily bring our bikes on our road trips.
It was an easy install! The connection for the wiring is actually behind the left side storage compartment in the back. I would give it five stars but the hitch blocks the rear hatch kick sensor.
Best in class weight rating and super easy install. The YouTube video instructions made it a snap. Took all of 30 minutes to install it myself at home.
The product shipped quickly and was in great condition. Only downsize for us was the fact that I didn’t realize that it wasn’t meant for an accessible vehicle therefore could get no use out of it.

Thank you for the photo. Those brackets look flexed and there are a few ways to remedy this. You can use a step or a vise. Please follow the steps in this help article:

It sucks but it does happen fairly often. Sipping is just rough on such heavy things like hitches. Let me see what I can do for you though. In the meantime, some touch-up paint like Rustoleum will help prevent rust from forming.
