  Hello Xiomara, thanks for reaching out. It may be possible to add a hitch to your modified Dodge Grand Caravan. For the 2016 model, the correct hitch is the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98854. Generally, the vehicle being lifted would not be a factor in hitch fitment, unless supports were added in the location the hitch installs.   Hey Eric, since Curt designed the high low adapter part # C26FV for flat towing vehicles only it was never tested for a tongue weight rating and therefore it doesn't actually have one. Instead we have the Roadmaster part # RM-048-6 which also has a 6 inch rise/drop but has a tongue weight rating of 400 lbs. You can't tow a trailer with this but you could use a hitch cargo carrier or a bike rack.

So you are good to go there. I would definitely recommend getting a high low adapter though.   The Curt High-Low Adapter # C26FV actually doesn't have a tongue weight rating because it is only designed to handle the tongue weight of a tow bar. Aside from that it will pull up to 7,500 lbs of weight behind your RV for a flat towing setup which is why Curt doesn't have a tongue weight listed.

  When we installed the Curt Receiver # C38JR we measured the inside height of the receiver at 12" where the Draw-Tite Receiver # DT79GR measured at 11-1/2". The Adapter # C26FV you found is only rated for use with tow bars as it was not designed to support tongue weight more than the weight of the tow bar.   Yes, Greg, and I’m glad you asked. For the Seeker tow bar # C32HB, Curt specifies no more than a 3-inch height difference between the RV’s hitch receiver and the base plate tabs. If you’re outside that range, you’ll need a high-low adapter like # C26FV to level things out. Running unlevel can stress the arms and wear them out prematurely.
