The Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors w Backing Plates and Hardware - Bolt-On - 2,000 lbs - Qty 4 Item # RR6K-4 comes with hex bolts like you can see in the attached picture. I was not able to find an reference from us to it coming with carriage bolts.
