Does Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors Come with Hex or Carriage Bolts

I was looking at the Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors w Backing Plates and Hardware - Bolt-On - 2,000 lbs - Qty 4 Item # RR6K-4 After watching the video you had posted it showed smooth headed carriage bolts square fitted hole on D-Ring. however in the pictures you show just a normal blot. My question, does this item: RR6K-4 come with carriage bolts? Thank you.

The Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors with Backing Plates and Hardware part # RR6K-4 no longer comes with hex bolts. Instead, it comes with carriage bolts now which makes for a smoother surface once finished.
