Question:

I would like some replacement parts for my old Yakima hitch mounted bike rack. I believe it is a ROC 4 product 8002574. I need at least one plastic swinging arm and some rubber straps. I have a picture I can send you if that helps.

The Yakima bike rack part number you referenced, 8002574, is indeed for their ROC 4 rack produced up until 2003.The cradle assembly for this is no longer available according to my contact at Yakima, but the replacement rubber straps to secure your bikes are still offered and we have them here at etrailer. You will want to order part # Y8820103 which is a set of two rubber straps for their ROC series hitch racks.
